Who We Are
For the past three years we've been helping aspiring DJs turn their dreams into reality through our “How to become a DJ in Ibiza” courses. Founded by Ryan Connolly, creator of Secret Sessions and The Ibiza Bible, our team has hosted over 100 events across Ibiza — from underground villa parties to 2,500-capacity superclubs.
Through our courses and mentorship we've helped more than 25 DJs secure their first sets in Ibiza, with many going on to play alongside major artists such as Michael Bibi, wAFF, Darius Syrossian and Mason Collective. Having given the likes of Max Dean and Michael Bibi their first opportunities on the island, we know what we're talking about.
Our mission is simple: open real doors in Ibiza for talented DJs, giving them the guidance, network and platform they need to launch their careers in the global music scene.

“The retreat was an amazing experience. We stayed in a villa with food and drinks taken care of, had production lessons and DJ sessions, and got to play in a club on the island.
